Studio Policies


Can I cancel or Reschedule?

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid additional charges.

If less than 24hrs notice is given, a late cancellation fee of 25% of the original scheduled service will need to be paid in order to get back on the schedule.

Any “No Show” will result in a fee of 100% of the no showed services. This must be paid in order to get back on the schedule.

What if I am running late?

If you are running late for your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. There is a 15 minute grace period for being late. If you are late by 20 minutes, or more, to your appointment, it will be cancelled as a “No Show”. The No Show fee will apply in order to get back on the schedule.

Adjustments

If any adjustments need to be made to your color, cut or IBE® after you service, please reach out ASAP. All adjustments need to be completed within 7 days from the original service.

Hair Extensions

All hair extensions purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All hair extension purchases are final sale.

Right To Refuse Service

At The Parlour Hair Studio, I strive to create a respectful, positive and welcoming environment for all clients. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for the following reasons:

  • Disrespectful, inappropriate, threats, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from the studio. (Abusive behavior includes verbal and physical abuse)

  • Not following salon policies.

  • Repeated No Shows, last minute cancellations or excessive tardiness.

  • Arriving under the influence.

This policy is in place to protect my well-being and that of my clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
